Half-reps don't count.
Your camera counts your reps in real time. On push-ups and plank it coaches your position too — and every day you hit the target keeps your streak alive.

The promise
Why the count is honest
Cadence sets a depth floor for each exercise, so a rep that doesn't travel far enough is never credited — because a counter that credits every wobble isn't measuring anything.
On push-ups it goes further and stops counting the moment you leave the position, so standing up to reach your phone doesn't quietly add five reps to your set.
A floor per exercise
Each movement has its own travel threshold, measured from real sets rather than guessed. Below it, nothing counts.
Leaving the position ends the set
On push-ups, getting up is the signal that the set is over. Reps credited while you walk to your phone are the ones every other counter gets wrong.
The plank clock stops when you drop
The hold timer stops when your body reaches the floor — not when you look tired, and not when you rest your head.
How it works
How it works
Prop your phone up, step into frame, and start your workout. On-device pose detection counts strict reps and times your holds in real time.
On push-ups and plank it also watches your form and calls out corrections the moment it slips. Cadence counts out loud and names the fault, so you can keep your eyes on the floor instead of on the screen.
Watch it count
Phone on the floor, you in frame. The overlay tracks your body and the number only moves when the rep is finished.

The seven
Designed for push-ups, planks, squats and more
No gym. No equipment. Pull-ups and dips need a bar; the other five need nothing but the floor.

Counted
Strict rep counting, no form grade- Pull-Ups
- Dips
- Squats
- Crunches
- Glute Bridges
Form coaching covers push-ups and plank. The other five are counted, not graded — and Cadence tells you so on screen instead of showing you a score it never measured.
The streak
Thirty days, one rep at a time
Hit your daily goal and the streak grows. Miss a day and it breaks. That's the point.
A body map that fills in
Your home screen lights up the muscles today's workout actually hit, front and back — chest, lats, biceps, triceps, shoulders, abs, quads, glutes and hamstrings.
Challenge your friends
Live 1v1 duels put you and an opponent on the same 60-second clock. Not free at the same time? Send an async challenge — your score stays sealed until they've done theirs.
A reminder that learns your hour
The daily nudge moves to the time you actually train, rather than a fixed hour someone else picked.
Privacy
Private by design
Your camera feed never leaves your phone. All pose detection runs on-device — no video or image is ever recorded, stored, or sent anywhere.
Your workouts, your streak and your history stay on your device. Only duels, challenges and leaderboards need a connection, and you can train without an account at all.
FAQ
Common questions
Does Cadence work offline?
Rep counting, form coaching and your streak need no connection, because pose detection runs on the phone itself. Duels, challenges and leaderboards do need one.
Do I need an account?
No. You can train without one. An account is only needed for duels and challenges against other players.
Does it record video of my workout?
No. Pose detection runs entirely on your device. No image or video is ever recorded, stored, or sent anywhere. Your workouts, streak and history stay on your phone.
Which exercises get form correction?
Push-ups and plank. The other five — pull-ups, dips, squats, crunches and glute bridges — are counted, not graded, and Cadence tells you so on screen rather than showing a form score it never measured.
How does it stop half-reps from counting?
Every exercise has a depth floor, so a repetition that does not travel far enough is never credited. On push-ups it goes further and stops counting the moment you leave the position, so standing up to reach your phone does not quietly add reps to your set.
Is it free?
Yes — every exercise and every feature. No locked content, no advertising and no subscription.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. Cadence is an Android app, available on Google Play.
